Participants Registration

 

 Attendees are asked to register by filling in the registration form before December 20, 2024.

 

Payment options

Payment for meeting registration can be made by credit card (via the form below) or by bank transfer. 

If your Company/Institution will pay the registration the procedure is the following: 

  1. select the option Company/Institution and enter the required data; 
  2. do not pay the fee yourself; 
  3. we will prepare the electronic invoice and send it to your university which will complete the payment.

The registration fee is:

 €120 for students (Research Fellows, PhD students, and Postdocs) ,

 €160 for faculty and permanent staff. 

The cost for additional participants attending only the social dinner is €60

Conference registration includes the welcome dinner on Sunday, January 19, at Hotel Castello, coffee breaks and the social dinner on Monday, January 20, with transportation by bus.
