Poster and demo submission forms

 

At the following links, you can submit your proposal for a poster and/or a demo. 

The first name listed will be considered the corresponding author to whom all communications regarding the poster or demo will be sent. At the end of the form, it will be possible to list any additional authors of the Poster/Demo. 

For accepted posters, with the authors' consent, a PDF version can be uploaded to the website, which will remain visible even after the event. 

 

Poster Submission form

The posters must have a maximum size of the international standard A0 (84.1 cm x 118.9 cm) with portrait orientation. 

Materials for hanging the posters on the display boards will be provided directly at the exhibition venue.

Demo Submission form

 For each demo station, a table and a power outlet will be provided. 

Any additional requests, such as extra space in front of the demo for its setup, specific lighting, or others, should be indicated in the notes at the end of the form.
